Ensalada al Roquefort

Dificultad y tiempo: Facil. Entre 15 y 20 minutos. Raciones: Para 2 personas.

Ingredientes para Ensalada al Roquefort

· 1 Lechuga arrepollada (entera)
· 1 Cebolla
· 2 Tomates
· 1 Pote de Yogur Natural
· 200 grs. Queso Roquefort
· Sal, Aceite y Jugo de Limón

Cómo preparar Ensalada al Roquefort

Para empezar la preparación debemos lavar y cortar en ‘Juliana’ la lechuga arrepollada y la cebolla.

Una vez tengan cortada la lechuga y la cebolla, cortamos los tomates en rodajas pequeñas y vertemos los vegetales cortados en un recipiente (ensaladera).

Condimentamos a nuestro gusto con la sal, el aceite y el jugo de limón luego agregamos el yogur natural sobre la ensalada y rociamos con el queso roquefort picado.

Pueden agregarle queso crema en lugar de yogur natural, pero quedara aun mejor con el yogur natural, ya que no dejaría lucir el sabor tan especial del queso roquefort.
