Ingredientes para Ensalada caliente de espinacas y albahaca
Hojas frescas de albahaca, 2 tazas
Dientes de ajo, finamente picados, 3
Nueces, 1/2 taza
Jamón, cortado en cubitos, 115 grs.
Sal y pimienta recién molida
Queso parmesano recién rallado, 3/4
Aceite de oliva, 1/2 taza
Cómo preparar Ensalada caliente de espinacas y albahaca
1- Mezclar la espinaca con la albahaca colocándola en un recipiente.
2- Calentar a fuego lento el aceite en una sartén incorporar el ajo, las nueces, saltear y dorar.
3- Agregar el jamón y cocinar por 1 minuto, salpimentar.
4- La mezcla de espinacas y albahaca con el aderezo y se calienta y espolvorear con queso parmesano. Sirve inmediatamente.
